Clarity when work gets complicated.
Start with a free Reality Check. Subscribe when you want the situation, evidence and preparation to stay connected as things change.
One membership. No tiers. Your Situation Playbook, evidence, timeline, Clarity Coach and preparation all work from the same context.
Everything around the next decision.
The value is continuity. Clarity remembers what happened, what changed and what you have already prepared.
Use the free read once. Use Clarity when the situation keeps moving.
Reality Check helps you understand what is happening now. Membership is for the situations where dates, evidence, conversations and outcomes continue to change.
Before you subscribe.
Can I use Reality Check without paying?
Yes. Reality Check is the free starting point. Use it to get a grounded read of what is happening and a proportionate next step. You only need membership if you want Clarity to keep the situation, evidence and later changes connected over time.
What changes when I become a Clarity member?
Your situation becomes a live workspace rather than a one-off assessment. You can keep the timeline, evidence, meetings, commitments, decisions and outcomes together, use Coach with that context, and prepare important conversations or written responses without rebuilding the story each time.
Can I cancel when the situation is resolved?
Yes. Clarity is £15.99 a month and you can cancel when you no longer need the ongoing workspace. Your working life can continue in Career if you still want to retain achievements, role scope, development conversations and progression evidence.
Who can see what I put into Clarity?
Your workspace is private to your account. Clarity does not contact your employer or send information on your behalf. You choose what you export or share. As explained in the Terms, material you create or keep may still be relevant if a formal or legal process later requires disclosure.
Does Clarity tell me what my employer is thinking?
No. Clarity should not present motive or interpretation as fact. It helps separate recorded facts, plausible interpretations and what is still unknown, so you can make decisions without being pushed toward the worst-case explanation.
Is Clarity legal advice?
No. Clarity provides workplace decision support, preparation and record-keeping. It can help you organise facts and questions, but it does not replace regulated legal advice where that is needed.
Can I get professional support as well?
Yes. Professional support is separate from the £15.99 membership and can be booked when another perspective or structured preparation would help. The core product stays simple: free Reality Check, Clarity membership, and professional support when you choose it.
What if Clarity gets something wrong?
Clarity is designed to show uncertainty rather than hide it. You can give feedback on Reality Check outputs, and important conclusions should remain grounded in the facts you provided. For high-stakes deadlines, dismissal, settlement or legal questions, check the relevant official process or seek appropriate professional advice.
