Terms & Conditions

Important: The Clarity System provides workplace decision support, not legal advice, representation or an emergency service. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or wrong and should be checked before you rely on them.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Who provides the service

The Clarity System is operated by The Employee Playbook Ltd. Product support: hello@theclaritysystem.co.uk.

2. Free access

Clarity Free is provided at £0 and does not require a payment card. Any paid plan or service requires a separate, explicit purchase or opt-in; free access does not authorise automatic charging.

3. What the service is

The Clarity System is a workplace decision-support product. It helps users organise facts, assumptions, patterns, questions and possible next steps. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and should be checked before acting on them.

4. What the service is not

The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency or other regulated professional advice and does not create an adviser-client relationship. Where a situation has legal deadlines, health/safety risks, safeguarding concerns or serious consequences, obtain appropriate professional help.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, keeping your account secure, checking outputs before relying on them and avoiding unnecessary personal or confidential information about other people.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harass or harm others, attempt unauthorised access, probe security, upload malicious content or misuse another person's confidential information.

7. Availability and changes

Beta features may be changed, limited or withdrawn. We may suspend access to protect users, security or the service.

8. Intellectual property

The service interface, brand and original framework content remain the property of the operator or its licensors. You retain rights in information you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

[UK LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] before launch to ensure any liability wording is fair, appropriate and consistent with applicable consumer and data-protection law.

11. Free and paid access

Clarity may offer a free allowance, a recurring Clarity Plus subscription, fixed-duration Plus Passes and separately purchased professional support or coaching. Feature limits and current prices are shown on the Pricing page before purchase. Paid access does not guarantee a particular workplace outcome.

12. Subscription renewal and cancellation

Where Clarity Plus is purchased as a recurring subscription, it renews at the stated billing interval until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fixed-duration Plus Passes end automatically at the end of the purchased period.

13. Professional support and coaching

Expert review, consultation and coaching are separate services from the AI product. Their scope, availability and any rescheduling or cancellation terms will be shown at booking. They do not create a solicitor-client relationship unless that is expressly agreed with an appropriately regulated professional.

14. Ending access

You may stop using Clarity at any time. Contact support for an account/data request. The operator may end beta access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or service changes.
